Work in Progress Papers

Poster Papers (Work in Progress papers) should report original ongoing work not previously published elsewhere and not under consideration for any other conference or journal.  Submission will undergo a double-blind peer review process. All submissions will be evaluated on their originality, significance, quality of research and of writing, as well as its contribution to the conference program diversity.

Poster papers must provide sufficient details about the nature of the work, cite relevant published research, highlight novel aspects of the work, illustrate the current status of the work and indicate future directions. Poster papers should be clearly stated in text.

Accepted Poster papers will be presented in the form of a poster in the interactive poster session, authors may also present a demo of their work. Selected submissions will be invited to present the work in one of the paper tracks as a short presentation.

Length

Poster papers should not exceed 6 pages in length including references in the Springer LNICST format.

Review Process

Submissions will be reviewed in a double-blind process by a panel of experts and evaluated on their originality, significance, quality of research and of writing, as well as its contribution to the conference program diversity.

Authors of submitted papers must ensure that their names and affiliations do not appear on the submitted papers, nor any references in the text that may identify them. In case of acceptance, authors will be asked to provide a publication-ready copy that includes this information.

Submission

Papers must be submitted electronically (.pdf) via the Confy system. Please note that the maximum size of the PDF should not exceed 20 Mb.

Papers should be submitted through EAI ‘Confy‘ system, and have to comply with the Springer format (see Author’s kit section).

Conference Proceedings

All registered papers will be published by Springerand made available through the SpringerLink Digital Library, one of the world’s largest scientific libraries.

Attendance

At least one author of accepted papers must register and participate in the conference as pre-requisite for publication of the paper.
